About the Brilliant People Management Training Course

Our Brilliant People Management course is ideal if you've got just one or two people who need management training.

This live, online management training course is perfect for anyone who has ever found themselves thinking: "It's just quicker if I do it myself!" It's one of the most common traps for PR and marketing people with team management responsibilities. The thing is, managing people is HARD! It's a completely different skillset from being great at PR or marketing - and one that needs proper development to get right.

We're running an open course in January 2026 that uses tried-and-tested frameworks and really practical techniques to tackle the bits that trip people up: delegation that works, giving feedback without feeling awkward, handling difficult conversations, motivating people and helping them grow. Our training is super-effective because we specialise in PR and marketing. The examples and scenarios are directly relevant to the day job so that makes it much easier for delegates to apply what they learn.

What it covers
